Ilustrado blossomed into existence thirty-two years ago and flourished with the passion of husband-and-wife tandem Boni and Rose Pimentel. Guided by their love for fine food, these “original foodies”, partners in life and in business created a venue where its discriminating patrons could enjoy world class heritage Filipino-Spanish and fresh, up-to-date Global cuisines.

Through the years, the Ilustrado brand has won a reputation for excellent cuisine and impeccable service in an exceptional destination setting at the heart of Manila. Intramuros, Manila’s Walled City enfolded the seat of governance, religion and the academia during the Spanish era.
